Braised Spanish Mackerel

The mackerel is cleaned and marinated with salted cooking wine, ginger and garlic are cut and set aside
2.
Spanish mackerel pat dry starch
3.
Pan fried Spanish mackerel with hot oil
4.
Fry into golden brown on both sides and serve for later use
5.
Saute the ginger and garlic with the oil of the fish just fried
6.
Add the fried Spanish mackerel and fry twice
7.
Pour in boiling water and cook, add some soy sauce to collect the juice
Tips:
The fish must be marinated before it is delicious
