Braised Spring Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients preparation: fresh chopped pork ribs are washed with warm water; spring bamboo shoots are peeled and cut into pieces.
Preparation of accessories: slice ginger, photograph the whole garlic for later use, and cut the dried chili into two sections.
Seasoning preparation: 7-8 small tablespoons of soy sauce and cooking wine, 2 spoons of salt, 2 star anises.
Put ginger and garlic in a hot oil pan and saute until fragrant. Add the chopped ribs and stir-fry until white. Add dried chili, bamboo shoots and prepared seasonings and stir-fry until evenly distributed

Pour the fried ingredients into a casserole, then add warm water until the ingredients are covered, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer for half an hour on low heat until the water in the pot is almost dry.
Tips:
The spring bamboo shoots will be numb when stewed without any other ingredients. In addition to chopped chops, duck meat can also be used.
