Braised Spring Bamboo Shoots with Spare Ribs

Clean the ribs and marinate them with cooking wine, ginger and pepper for half an hour.

Heat in a frying pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, and stir-fry the ribs.

Add a little light soy sauce, pour in an appropriate amount of water, and simmer in a pressure cooker for 30 minutes.

Add spring bamboo shoots for another 15 minutes.

Pour into a skillet and cook on high heat for 10 minutes
