Braised Squid in Soy Sauce
1.
List of ingredients: ready-made octopus, soybean paste, ginger
2.
Peel and slice ginger. Add oil to the pan, add ginger slices, and slowly explode the aroma
3.
Use kitchen paper to soak up the water on the octopus, then put it in a pan and fry until one side is browned, then turn it over and fry on the other side.
4.
Use a bowl during frying, add a tablespoon of soy sauce, some water, a little salt, and a little sugar to make a soy sauce
5.
Move the fried fish with ginger slices to the wok, pour in the bean sauce, and simmer for 10 minutes on medium heat. During this period, the fish should be turned over once so that both sides can absorb the juice, and the turning movement should be light to avoid breaking the fish.
6.
Shovel the fish out when out of the pan, and then pour the juice on the fish.
Tips:
Fry the fish in a frying pan to keep the fish intact.
