Braised Tilapia
1.
Prepare the ingredients, remove the fish's internal organs, scales, and gills, and wash
2.
As shown in the picture, use a knife to make two cuts on both sides of the washed fish back (don't cut too deep)
3.
Heat the oil pan, add the chopped green onion, white ginger, garlic and chili, stir fry until the green onion is white and slightly yellow, add the fish to fry (I put a little chili oil when frying the fish), the fish is fried on both sides, and it will be browned.
4.
Put in the right amount of water (not too much, or it will become fish soup), add the right amount of salt, light soy sauce, sugar, cover and cook for three minutes to turn the fish over (I simmered it twice on one side), at the end Add appropriate amount of braised soy sauce and carrots when turning it once, and add some if the water is boiled to dry halfway.
5.
Put the fish on a plate, add the right amount of MSG and green onions to the remaining sauce in the pan, stir fry
6.
Just drizzle the sauce on the fish, and the delicious braised fish is ready
