Braised Tilapia

Wash the tilapia and marinate the fish body with salt for 20 minutes

Put oil in a non-stick pan, heat it up, add ginger slices and stir briefly, then add tilapia

After frying until golden brown on both sides, pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, chives, sugar, salt and half a bowl of water
