Work has resumed, school has started, and the busy days are about to resume.

A friend said that in order to reduce too much contact with the outside world, I bought a braising pot and wanted to eat fresh and delicious at breakfast or lunch, but the use of braising pot was not very easy. Ask me if it is easy You can refer to the recipe for eating.

Today I brought red dates and wolfberry millet porridge simmered in a braising pot, with yellow and thick flowering millet, red jujube, and plump wolfberry. You don’t need a pot to make this millet porridge. Just put the ingredients before going to bed the night before, and you can drink it the next day you wake up. With the addition of 2 flavors, the millet porridge is slightly sweet and does not contain sugar, and you can still have a ruddy complexion and bright eyes when you drink it frequently.

Millet, also known as yellow rice, has the effect of invigorating the spleen and replenishing qi; red dates are rich in iron and have the effect of promoting qi and blood. Girls need timely iron supplementation and a variety of nutrients due to their menstrual period. Red dates and millet porridge have this effect. Lycium chinense is not necessary, but adding a few capsules has the effect of replenishing liver qi and improving eyesight. Now I am over-using the eyes. I usually eat foods containing medlar to replenish liver qi, and my eyes will not be dry. Every 3 or 4 days I have to drink millet porridge, which cleanses the intestines and scrapes the oil, and also helps me regulate the spleen and stomach to nourish blood.

Okay, let me talk about it first. Use a braising pot to make a sticky and delicious porridge, which I will mention below.

3. After the braising pot is cleaned, fill it with boiling water, cover with a double lid, and simmer for 10 minutes; this step is to warm the cup, because the cup is made of metal and vacuum. After simmering with boiling water, it can save enough heat. The ingredients become ripe, this step is very important;

Tips:

1. The braised porridge is suitable for people who don’t have the time to cook and eat. It is very time-saving. You can cook the thick porridge during sleep or work time; if you want a good taste The oily skin is as thick as it is boiled, and you have to do it yourself a few more times to find the characteristics of different ingredients;
2. Cooked and soft ingredients should be placed in the braising pot. It can be cooked by cutting into small pieces like meat, but in order to remove the fishy smell and be safer to eat, it is best to blanch it with boiling water before putting it into the pot. Or stir-fry; like some particularly large ribs, pig's trotters, beef tendons, etc. that take a long time to be simmered on an open flame, they must be chopped into small pieces or blanched in advance to half-cooked before being put into a pot; for easy spoilage The dairy products should not be kept for a long time;
3. Before using the braising pot, be sure to read the instructions thoroughly, follow the steps to rinse inside and out, and blanch the pot with boiling water for a few minutes before cooking, so that the heat can accumulate inside. The principle of the braising pot is vacuum insulation, using the existing temperature of the ingredients in the pot and the temperature reserved in the pot to fully simmer, braise, and simmer; plus a double insulation cover, after 1-4 Hours of braising, the moment the lid is opened is awe-inspiring.
