Braised Tofu

1 piece of tofu, 1 green garlic, 1 egg

Cut the tofu into small cubes, cut the green garlic into sections and set aside

Put the tofu cubes in a large bowl, add flour, salt, and eggs

Coat the eggs and flour evenly on the tofu cubes

Heat up a non-stick pan, pour in a proper amount of vegetable oil, add the white part of the garlic and stir fragrant

Pour the tofu after the oil is hot, don’t stir it in a hurry

After the egg liquid on the surface of the tofu has condensed, carefully turn the pot and turn it over until it is fried on all sides.

Add 1 tablespoon of dense braised sauce and stir fry evenly
