Braised Tofu

Cut tofu into pieces, mince garlic seeds, cut garlic sprouts into small pieces

After the Laoganma fermented black bean sauce and garlic are fragrant, add some water and bring to a boil.

Add tofu, be careful not to fry with a spatula, just shake the pot directly with your hands.

Add green garlic when it's 80% ripe.
