Braised Tofu

Prepare the ingredients.

Cut tofu, sauce: 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce + half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce + salt and pepper, prepare the chopped green onion (just forgot to take it).

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger, garlic and chili to fry until fragrant, add tofu and slide a few times (bump the pot).

Pour in the sauce and appropriate amount of water and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

Open the lid and pour in water starch (water+starch or cornstarch can be), let it boil for a while, add less than chicken essence, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and leave the pot.
Tips:
1. The sauce is already salty, so the last salt can be left alone...you can taste it first, and put it later...
2. The tofu is a bit boring and more fluffy and delicious...
