Braised Tofu
1.
Cut soft tofu into cubes.

Cut some ginger, garlic and shallots.
3.
Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.
4.
Add tofu.
5.
Add soy sauce and salt.
6.
Add some chili sauce and burn it.
7.
Add some chicken essence to taste.
8.
Serve and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Tips:
1. Choose soft tofu and burn it more smoothly and deliciously.
2. Add soy sauce and chili sauce to make it taste better.
