Braised Tofu

Cut the tofu into cubes, mince the ginger and garlic, and chop the shallots into chopped green onions. Add a small amount of water to the starch.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan, and when the oil is slightly hot, add the bean paste, minced ginger and garlic (don't heat the oil too hot, or the bean paste will be sticky and the taste will be bitter) and fry until fragrant.

Then add the tofu. Don't turn it frequently, just turn it occasionally. When it's almost hot, add the starch water to absorb the juice, and it will be served in a few seconds.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions
