Braised Tofu

Scallion ginger garlic, pepper, meat, cut into small cubes.

Cut the tofu into pieces and fry until golden brown on both sides!

Put an appropriate amount of oil, add all the diced cubes, add the bean paste, and heat until the bean paste turns into red soup.

Add the right amount of water to fry the tofu, simmer for 3 minutes, collect the juice, and serve!
Tips:
(1) Because the bean paste is a bit salty, no salt was added during the process!
(2) Fry tofu over medium heat!
(3) The meat I use is fried, it is recommended not to use fried meat, (I am lazy and use the leftover lunch), or it does not need to be, I also tried it, and it is super delicious!
