Braised Tofu with Bean Sauce

Tofu cut into cubes

Put oil in the pot and fry on medium heat to set the shape. If you like light, please skip to step 4

Tofu is more watery, fry until golden brown and remove for later use

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, saute the shallots and garlic

Add two spoons of Pixian bean paste and stir fry until fragrant

Add the fried tofu. If you don’t like to fry, you can blanch the tofu to shape it so that it won’t fall apart easily.

Stir gently and add water. After the tofu is over, add a small amount of salt. After the water is boiled, change the heat to a low heat to collect the juice, and simmer the tofu for a while.
