This stew is very suitable for eating now. It is steaming and feels comfortable after eating.

Braised Tofu with Chinese Cabbage Vermicelli

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Tofu diced

3. Cut the cabbage into sections for later use

4. Boil the vermicelli first, it's so cooked when stewed

5. Put oil in the pot, add tofu, pour in light soy sauce and dark soy sauce and stir fry

6. Then add water, add the vermicelli and shiitake mushrooms and simmer for a few minutes

7. Add the cabbage and stir fry

8. Stewed out
