Braised Tofu with Chinese Sausage

Main ingredients: tofu, Chinese sausage.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.
3.
Dice the sausage.
4.
Heat oil and fry the scallions.

Add the sausages and stir fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Put in tofu cubes.
8.
Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil.

Season with salt and cook for 3 minutes on medium-low heat.

Pour in water and starch to thicken the thick gorgon.

Gently shake the pot to make the gorgon juice gelatinized, then turn off the heat.

Tips:
1. After the tofu is put into the pot, do not stir it with a spoon. Try to use the method of shaking the pot or the method of turning a small spoon to prevent the bottom from sticking.
2. You can also blanch the tofu in advance before baking.
