Braised Tofu with Crucian Carp

Wash the crucian carp to remove the black film from the belly of the fish.

The starch is evenly patted on both sides of the fish.

Fry the fish in a hot pan.

Fry it until golden on one side and then turn it over on the other side.

Cut the tofu into pieces and soak it in salt water.
6.
After the fish is almost fried, add a few slices of ginger and stir fry.

Add water.

Add two spoons of bean paste and two drops of dark soy sauce.
9.
Add tofu and braise the fish and tofu for a good taste.
10.
Tick a little bit of water, starch, and water before serving.

Finished product.
