Braised Tofu with Crucian Carp

1. Wash the crucian carp to remove the black film from the belly of the fish.

2. The starch is evenly patted on both sides of the fish.

3. Fry the fish in a hot pan.

4. Fry it until golden on one side and then turn it over on the other side.

5. Cut the tofu into pieces and soak it in salt water.
