Braised Tofu with Douban

Take the tofu together and clean it up

Dip the back of the knife with water and cut into small dices

Put salt water in the pot, boil the water, add the tofu, blanch it, remove it and set aside

Put the oil in the wok, add the bean paste, and fry the red oil over a low heat

Add the diced tofu and shake the pot slightly

Add appropriate amount of water, continue to shake the pot, don't stir fry with a shovel

When the water is boiled, turn to low heat, cover and simmer slowly for about five minutes

Thicken starch with appropriate amount of water
