Seaweed Tofu Soup

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash the enoki mushrooms, remove the old roots and cut into sections, and cut the tofu into small pieces.

Pour oil in the wok and sauté the scallions and ginger.

Pour the enoki mushrooms and stir fry for a while and turn off the heat.
