Fried Braised Fish Head Soup

The fish head needs to be cleaned carefully. After the fish head is separated, there is a large sludge-like thing on the fish gill, which must be cleaned out;

Carrots, garlic sprouts, sesame pepper;

Fragrant ru, ginger, green onion, hot pepper;

Cut the tofu into small pieces for later use;
