Braised Tofu with Double Peppers

The raw materials are shown in the picture.

Cut the Japanese tofu into pieces (about 1 cm thick), and cut the chili into the shape you want.

Pour more oil into the pan.

The tofu is evenly spread with dry starch.

When the oil is 60% hot, put the tofu into the pot and fry until browned.
