Dad raised a fish pond, and basically had to mowing the grass every day to feed the fish. Therefore, the fish raised can be said to be original and very rare.
Every time I go back, I will catch one or two big grass carps for me to bring back and eat slowly...
The fish belly is the most suitable for children. It is tender and smooth, with few fish bones, so I specially reserved some for the family children to eat with braised tofu. It’s said that you can’t eat hot tofu in a hurry, so you have to cook the tofu slowly, so that the cooked tofu will be delicious and tender.

Braised Tofu with Fish Belly

1. Prepare the ingredients (buy the tofu and soak it in water; cut the fish belly into small pieces, add a little salt and rice wine to marinate for a few minutes)

2. Cut the tofu into small pieces and prepare the garlic and ginger

3. Heat oil in a pan, put the fish belly into a low fire and fry on both sides

4. Put the ginger and garlic in and continue frying for a few minutes

5. Push the fried fish belly to one side, then put the tofu cubes on both sides and fry them.

6. Add a large bowl of water, and then add a piece of Knorr stew special thick soup treasure. Cover the pot and bring to a boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer.

7. After about thirteen minutes, add appropriate amount of soy sauce to taste, because the thick soup has a salty taste, so pay attention to the amount of salt.

Tips:

1. The thick soup is already salty, so pay attention to the amount of salt.
