Braised Tofu with Homemade Yellow Bone Fish

The yellow-bone fish is cleaned, knifed, and placed in a plate for later use.

Shred the ginger, cut the green onion into sections, and set aside. Wash the old tofu and set aside.

Cut the old tofu into pieces and set aside.

Heat the pan, about 60% of the heat, add a proper amount of oil.

Put the yellow bone fish into the hot pot, fry for 1 minute on both sides of medium and low heat, remove and set aside.

Put shredded ginger and green onion into the pot and sauté.

Add the fried yellow bone fish.

Put in the right amount of light soy sauce and drop a few drops of dark soy sauce.

Put in old tofu cubes.

Put in the water that is less than three-quarters of the fish's body and turn to the fire.

After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Tips:
Tofu should use old tofu, and the braised tofu tastes the best.
