Braised Tofu with Krill

Prepare the necessary ingredients

Take 100g of Antarctic krill after thawing

Take out the lactone tofu and cut into small pieces

Prepare chopped green onion and minced ginger

Pour an appropriate amount of water into 2g cornstarch and stir evenly for later use

Tips:
1. The lactone tofu is very tender, if you treat it like a usual stir-fry, it will be fry
2. Be sure to stir the water starch evenly before thickening, otherwise the starch will settle on the bottom, and the top will be clear water.
