Braised Tofu with Minced Meat

Wash and dice pork, then chop into minced meat

Cut the tofu into pieces and soak in salt water for 15 minutes

Remove the tofu and drain the surface water

Heat a pan on medium and small heat, put the bean paste in, and stir fry until the red oil comes out

Tips:
1. The role of soaking tofu in salt water: it can remove the beany smell of tofu, and it is not easy to break when stir-fried.
2. You can skip it if you don’t like meat
3. Add water starch to make the soup thicker
