Braised Tofu with Minced Meat

1. Wash and dice pork, then chop into minced meat

2. Cut the tofu into pieces and soak in salt water for 15 minutes

3. Remove the tofu and drain the surface water

4. Heat a pan on medium and small heat, put the bean paste in, and stir fry until the red oil comes out

5. Pour in the minced meat and fry until broken

6. Put the tofu in and stir fry a few times

7. Pour a little soy sauce

8. Put in a little bit more sugar

9. Then add warm water, cover the pot, let it stuff for 5 minutes

10. Stir 10 grams of starch and 30 grams of water to form water starch

11. Pour the water starch into the hot water until the soup is thick, sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips:

1. The role of soaking tofu in salt water: it can remove the beany smell of tofu, and it is not easy to break when stir-fried.
2. You can skip it if you don’t like meat
3. Add water starch to make the soup thicker
