Braised Tofu with Minced Meat

Prepare minced meat and cut tofu into small pieces.

Mince ginger and garlic, and cut coriander into sections.
3.
Blanch the tofu and remove it.
4.
Add appropriate amount of oil, add minced meat and stir-fry until the color changes.

Add minced ginger, bean paste, white sugar and stir-fry to get red oil.

Add light soy sauce, cooking wine, and water to boil and put tofu.
7.
Bring to a high heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the minced garlic.
8.
Add water starch, add chicken essence and sprinkle coriander.
Tips:
The tofu is not easy to break when it is blanched and fried. The bean paste and light soy sauce already have a salty taste. You can also add salt according to your own taste.
