Braised Tofu with Minced Meat, Beans and Rice

Prepare raw materials;

Put the tofu in a pot and blanch it with some salt. This will not only remove the bean curd, but also not break easily during the production process. This tip must be remembered;

Then put the broad bean rice into it, blanch and cook until it is eighty mature;

Heat the pan with cold oil, add the chopped green onion, ginger and garlic to sauté;

Add the minced meat and stir fry;

Stir-fry the minced meat and put it in the blanched tofu cubes and stir-fry;

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and a little water to simmer;

Add the broad beans and rice and cook;

Put starch, salt and pepper into a bowl, add a little water and mix well;

Pour the adjusted water starch juice into the pot, collect the juice on high heat and then put it into the bowl.

Serve it.
Tips:
1. The trick to not fragile tofu is to blanch it in a pot of salt water, or soak it in salted boiling water for 5 minutes; 2. Broad bean rice should be blanched and cooked in advance to avoid poisoning by eating raw broad bean rice. 3. Finally, use starch, salt and pepper, add an appropriate amount of water, mix well, pour it into the pot, and collect the juice over high heat.
