Braised Tofu with Mushroom Sauce

Prepare ingredients, 1 piece of tofu, sliced pork belly

Heat the oil pan, add the pork belly and stir fry until the pork belly is oily

Add scallions and ginger, stir fry for aroma

Add cooking wine, 2 tablespoons of shiitake mushroom paste and stir well

Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and stir well
