Oyster sauce is a seasoning made from oysters. It is also a traditional seasoning commonly used in Cantonese cuisine, with a strong umami flavor. Oyster sauce is usually used in general households, and you can follow the usage of light soy sauce. Especially when cooking dishes such as greens and vegetarian dishes, seasoning with oyster sauce, you will get twice the result with half the effort.

Braised Tofu with Oyster Sauce

1. Main and auxiliary ingredients: tofu, meat sausage

2. Cut the tofu into small pieces

3. Dice the sausage

4. Hot oil, sautéed chives

5. Add the meat intestines and stir well

6. Put in tofu cubes

7. Add some oyster sauce

8. Flip the spoon and stir well

9. Add appropriate amount of water and cook for 1-2 minutes

10. Season with salt and heat up the sauce. To turn off the fire

11. Put it out of the pot and serve on the table

Tips:

1. Sausage is an ingredient, and it can be omitted.
2. In order to ensure the softness of the tofu, the cooking time should not be too long.
