Braised Tofu with Oyster Sauce

Prepare ingredients: tofu, oyster sauce, ginger, garlic, chopped green onion, June braised soy sauce.

Cut tofu into four pieces, finely chop oyster sauce, shred ginger, mince garlic, and chopped green onion.

Pour June braised soy sauce, white sugar, salt, chicken essence, starch, a little water and evenly set aside in a bowl.

Put the tofu in the hot oil in the pan and fry.

Pour a little soy sauce on one side and fry it over and fry until golden on both sides, then pour out the tofu and set aside.

Saute the ginger and garlic in the hot oil in the pot, then pour the oyster sauce and stir fry until the fragrance is obtained.

After the oyster sauce is fragrant, pour the tofu that has been fried before into the pot and stir fry with the oyster sauce.

Pour into the bowl of juice that you have adjusted before, and wait until the juice is slowly dried up, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion and bring it out of the pot.
Tips:
1. When frying the tofu, drop a few drops of soy sauce after frying, change the heat to low and turn over, otherwise the tofu will be burnt.
2. Soy sauce has a salty taste, so reduce the amount of salt.
3. After adding the sauce, you can turn on high heat to collect the sauce. The tofu and oyster sauce are already cooked.
