Braised Tofu with Sauce

Prepare a piece of tofu and cut into small four cubes.

Heat oil in a pot and add tofu.
3.
Stir in egg sauce and stir well.
4.
Add appropriate amount of water, green onion, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Bring to a boil and turn to medium heat and simmer for ten minutes. Turn to high heat to collect the juice.

Plate.
