Braised Tofu with Sauce

Wash the tofu, cut into pieces, and put in a casserole.

Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in cold water for 4-6 hours in advance, wash and cut into small pieces.

Mince garlic.

Wash the shallots and cut the chopped green onions.

Pour the oil in the pan and heat it up, pour in the minced garlic, and fry it for a fragrance.

Pour the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly.

Add the shacha sauce and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Pour the fried sauce into a casserole, add water, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the chopped green onion before turning off the heat and get it done.
