Braised Tofu with Silver Carp Head

1. Prepare the seasoning.

2. Prepare the fish head and rinse with water.

3. Pour in cooking wine and marinate for 15 minutes.

4. Cut northern tofu into pieces.

5. Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic, millet pepper, and aniseed.

6. Chop the millet pepper and half the coriander.

7. Put oil in the pot and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic aniseed.

8. Fry the fish head and brown it on both sides.

9. Fry the fish fins.

10. Put the fried fish heads and fins in a pot, heat an appropriate amount of water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and white sugar.

11. After boiling, the soup is poured continuously on the fish head.

12. Slowly burn.

13. Add tofu and continue to cook until the soup thickens, and finally put on a plate, drizzle with the soup, sprinkle with coriander and millet pepper.
