Braised Tofu with Silver Carp Head

Prepare the seasoning.

Prepare the fish head and rinse with water.

Cut northern tofu into pieces.

Prepare green onion, ginger, garlic, millet pepper, and aniseed.

Chop the millet pepper and half the coriander.
