Braised Tofu with Three Peppers

The materials are ready. Green pepper, white pepper, red pepper, water tofu

Three peppers, diced

Cut the stewed pork into small pieces. You can also use lean or pork belly if you don't have any stewed pork.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, pour in tofu, and add a little oil. Scoop it up after boiling.

Pour oil in the pan, add red and diced green peppers, and stir fry

Put the tofu in, add cornstarch, soy sauce, gobo

Tips:
1. Blanch the tofu with water in advance, it will be more tender. It's not easy to rot.
