Braised Tricholoma

Prepare materials.

Tricholoma is cleaned and sliced for later use.

Prepare the wok, add Jiu San non-GMO soybean oil, and sauté chopped shallots on low heat.

Stir-fry the mushrooms.

Add oyster sauce, braised sauce, sugar, pepper, and water to a boil.
6.
Turn to medium heat to collect the juice and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
Mushrooms are delicious and should not be preserved. They should be cooked immediately after purchase. Long storage time affects the taste.
