Braised Turtle

Roll 2 scallions into knots, 3 or 4 dried red peppers, 4 slices of ginger, and 2 star anises.

The turtle is repaired by the master. I don't eat turtle myself. I don't know why. I feel scared when I see it. Wash the turtle and set aside.

The white jade mushrooms are already reserved, and you can also use the shiitake mushrooms to cook together.

Boil water in the pot, put the turtle cubes in, add 2 slices of ginger and cooking wine, and simmer for 5 minutes to remove the fishy smell and blood foam, and then remove the dried water.

Put oil in the pot, dry red pepper, star anise and ginger slices until fragrant.

Put the soft-shelled turtle and stir fry.

Stir fry after adding cooking wine.

Stir fry after adding light soy sauce.

Add boiling water, put the chives in the knots, and simmer for 1 hour.

After simmering for 1 hour, add 2 teaspoons of white sugar, salt and chicken juice.

Put the white jade mushrooms in the pot and simmer for 15 minutes

Add 1 teaspoon of chicken essence and stir-fry for several times.
