The braised soft-shelled turtle is a bit more spicy. My son thinks it is very delicious. He thought that a big dish like turtle was not easy to make. After really trying it once, I felt that it was not as difficult as I imagined.

Ingredients

1. Roll 2 scallions into knots, 3 or 4 dried red peppers, 4 slices of ginger, and 2 star anises.

2. The turtle is repaired by the master. I don't eat turtle myself. I don't know why. I feel scared when I see it. Wash the turtle and set aside.
