Braised Turtle

How to kill a turtle: Step on the turtle under one foot and hold the shell, use a vise to clamp the turtle's mouth to lengthen the neck, then ✂️cut off the turtle head and let the blood.

Remove the butter from the belly and legs, remove the internal organs, and chop into pieces.

Prepare other ingredients as above: slice meat, put fat separately, cut string pepper and red pepper, slice onion, cut garlic, and mince ginger.
