Braised Unagi

After cleaning, cut into small pieces.

Add a small amount of salt and rice wine to marinate for about an hour.

Prepare the minced garlic, shredded ginger, and shallots.

Add a proper amount of oil to the pan and fry the fish pieces on a low fire.

When frying until both sides are slightly yellow, add minced garlic and ginger and fry until fragrant.

Then add an appropriate amount of water (the amount of water is equal to the fish pieces).

When the water is dry, add appropriate amount of soy sauce to taste, sprinkle with green onions.

The delicious braised fish is complete.
Tips:
1. The fish pieces will be marinated for about an hour and then boiled will be more delicious.
