Braised Vegetarian Pork

Cut the winter melon into four squares.

Pat the pieces of winter melon with a little flour and fry them until golden on both sides.

Wash the pot and heat it with oil, stir-fry the shallots, Agaricus blazei mushrooms, and pork until fragrant. Add water, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, salt, sugar, and red rice melody to adjust the flavor. Then add winter melon and simmer.

When the winter melon is ripe, harvest the juice on high heat, thicken the thick gorgon, sprinkle a little pepper, and drizzle the oil.
