Braised Vietnamese Grass Shrimp

Frozen Vietnamese grass prawns are thawed and rinsed with water.

Shred ginger and slice garlic. spare.

Heat the pan, add oil, and fry ginger.

After the ginger is stir-fried, add the garlic slices and sauté.

After sauteing, add shrimp, then add a small bowl of water, appropriate amount of delicious fresh soy sauce, and salt. Cover the pot.
