Braised White Beans

Break off the white beans, remove the silk and wash them.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and pour the beans.
3.
Stir fry until the white beans change color.
4.
Add appropriate amount of salt, 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and stir fry evenly without adding water.
5.
Change to medium-low heat and simmer on the lid for 5-8 minutes, turning over halfway through.

The braised beans are very delicious.
