Braised Wing Tips

Rinse the purchased wing tips and set aside.

To prepare the ingredients, cut the garlic cloves, sliced ginger, chopped chili, pepper, and star anise ready for use.

Put water in the pot, wait for the water to boil, put in the tips of the wings, and blanch the blood.

Tips:
