Burning Wing Tips

Wash the wing tips

Put wing tips, shallots, ginger slices, cooking wine and water in the pot
3.
After the fire is boiled, remove the wing tips
4.
Rinse with water several times

Boil the old soup with marinated ingredients

Put the wing tip in,

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, dried chili and garlic
8.
Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer
9.
Just cook the head
Tips:
1. My old soup is relatively salty, so you don’t need to add salt. If you don’t have any soup, you can just clean water or add salt.
2. Wing tips are easier to cook
3. When the wing tips are boiled for the first time, they can almost be fished out after boiling.
