Marinated Chicken Tips

Thaw the tips of chicken wings

Rinse clean under running water, control water for later use

Add the peppercorns to boiled water to make the pepper water. After cooling, add the chopped green onion and chopped ginger and stir evenly. Soak the chicken tips for about 20 minutes, remove and rinse again, and put them in a large basin.

Sprinkle with salt, ginger powder, salt-baked chicken powder, sesame oil, sprinkle with ginger, green onion, and chopped dried pepper and mix well

Refrigerate and marinate for 2 hours, take it out, blanch in boiling water for about 15 seconds

Remove and rinse with running water to control the moisture

Put the old brine in a non-stick soup pot and boil, put the chicken tips into a boil, turn to low heat and marinate for 15 minutes and turn off the heat

Close the lid of the soup pot and soak in the marinade until the marinade cools and serve
