Braised Winter Bamboo Shoots in Oil

Winter bamboo shoots.

Cut into pieces.
3.
Boil it with boiling water.
4.
Add edible oil and ginger, then add winter bamboo shoots and carrot slices, stir fry, add seasonings and scallions, stir fry until cooked.
5.
Out of the pot.
Tips:
Bamboo shoots must be blanched in hot water.
