Braised Winter Melon and King Pleurotus

Peel the wax gourd and remove its flesh.

Wash the winter melon and cut it into hob pieces.

Wash the eryngii mushrooms and cut them into hob pieces.

Wash the red pepper and cut into pieces.
5.
Start the frying pan, and put the pleurotus eryngii into the pan with oil.

Put the winter melon in the pot and pass the oil together, then serve it out for later use.

In the frying pan, stir the scallion and ginger into the pan and stir-fry with soybean paste.

The oiled pleurotus eryngii and winter melon are fried in a pot.

Stir-fry with sugar.
10.
Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate.

Stir red peppers in the pan.
12.
Stir-fry evenly before serving out of the pan.

1. Slowly cook on a low fire, the dishes will taste better.
