Braised Winter Melon with Roasted Bones

1. Peel the winter melon and cut into one-centimeter thick pieces

2. Wash the shallots and cut into sections

3. Garlic, chopped

4. The ready-made roasted bones bought in the supermarket, if not available, you can use ham instead

5. Pour some oil into the pot, add garlic and shallots and sauté

6. Pour the roasted bones and stir fry

7. Then pour the winter melon

8. Sprinkle in salt

9. And black pepper, stir fry evenly

10. Pour a bowl of water

11. After boiling, cover and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes until winter melon is soft

12. Add a little light soy sauce before serving, and mix well.
