Braised Winter Melon with Scallops

After soaking the scallops in water, use the back of a knife to scatter them; cut the winter melon into mahjong shapes, and cut the winter melon meat with a cross knife.

Spread the crushed scallops evenly on the winter melon, put them in a steamer and steam for 30 minutes.

Pour the steamed raw soup into the pot.

Add appropriate chicken broth and seasonings to thicken the soup, and pour the juice on the steamed winter melon scallops.
Tips:
(Note: People with spleen and stomach deficiency and coldness and kidney deficiency should not take more. Winter melon is cold in nature, spleen and stomach qi deficiency, diarrhea, loose stools, cold stomach pain, do not eat raw winter melon; women do not eat raw winter melon during menstrual cramps and cold dysmenorrhea.
The winter melon sliced with a cross knife is more flavorful, and the thick juice should be transparent and bright.
