Braised Yam Beans

Wash the yam beans repeatedly

Add an appropriate amount of water to the boiling pot, add yam beans, star anise, cinnamon, pepper, ginger slices and cook together

Cook for 8 minutes, add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, then simmer for 2 minutes
