Braised Yellow Croaker

Wash the yellow croaker and drain the water

This fish is too big to fit in the pot, so cut it into two pieces

Add soy salad oil to the pot and heat up, then add the peppercorns and aniseed and stir fry to get a fragrant flavor, add dried chilies

Sprinkle a few slices of coriander on it and it's ready to eat
Tips:
1. This braised yellow croaker does not need to be fried, just stir-fry the seasoning and add to the fish to cook. The heat is warm throughout the whole process, and the sauce is collected on high heat before being out of the pan.
2. After the braised yellow croaker is cooked, let it dry for a while, so that the fish will not break easily.
